Cordless phone with handsfree kit???

Need to replace my very old phone and wanted to get a cordless so I am not stuck in one place whilst in an endless holding pattern for the bank / phone company / electricity company / etc...

Thing is I would really like a cordless phone with a hands-free option (not loudspeaker) so that I can do the housework, make jewellery, practice handstands (only joking) whilst I am on the phone.

Does such a thing exist??

Not keen on using speakerphone as hate the background noise it creates and always end up shouting into it...

Any tips?

Just like you have a handsfree kit for your mobile or if you work in a call centre.

I was wanting to use that type of headphone/microphone combination.

Oh right. Samsung do a excellent range with a optional headset.

Our Panasonic cordless phones have a handsfree 3.5mm audio jack, work with most microphone/headphone combo.

Hi KG, it's in the cordless handset, they are 2.5mm jacks not 3.5mm, our current models are the Panasonic KX-TGA810E (handset model, silver with a colour LCD screen), but we've had previous ones, the KX-TCD735 which have the same. All on the side of the handsets, covered by a rubber plug.
