Hi
I need some help.
I am planning to make tortillas this weekend. I would like to hear from people who had recipes, advises...
The plan is to make tortillas and filling for my lunch break, all week long. So I need to know the best way to store them : if I make them on Sunday, will they be ok by Friday for example.
What is the best way to make them ?
I know I could go to any supermarket and buy them but where is the fun?
So you have any advice, I would be happy to hear from you .
Thanks

I've used this recipy before with OK results http://www.cooking-mexican-recipes.com/flour_tortilla_recipe.html . In theory you can refrigerate them for a couple of days, or freeze them. I've never done that, though, I've always cooked them from scratch.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

I always use HappyIdiotTalk's piadine recipe. It's perfect, works every time and since reading this recipe I've bought tortilla wraps only once, and was so disappointed with the ones I bought I have never bought them since! I'm not sure how long they last because I always make them fresh and we scoff the lot! They are very filling, much more so than bought ones. Can you tell I'm a fan??!!
