Hi, can somebody please clarify what is meant by getting credit card or banks companes to repay the last six years of late payment fees or charges for going beyond your limit? Does that means I can't claim back charges if I have an account that has charges 7 years ago or does it mean I can only claim charges if they were over 6 years ago?
Sorry but I'm alittle slow in underdstanding these things because of my medical problems.
Thanks for all help.

only if they were in the last 6 years, i.e. the 7 year old ones are outside the general limit for claims0
