has anyone had their credit application refused? I tried to order using mine and my husband's name and we were both rejected. When I phoned customer services they said it was because we already had an account with LX Direct.

try using the code and order by phone if it won`t accept it online second time around.
i did this and have just received my second order after ordering by phone.

Will Littlewoods accept the discount when placing an order over the phone? I've finally had my account approved but I have to place my first order over the phone and wondered if they would do this?

Well I have had a go, they have a lovely waterproof pet blanket for the car with a free fleece blanket for £15 so its free, if the order goes through

i've tried using the code for a second time, it seems to have gone through but we'll see when the statement comes. in any case i only ordered things i don't mind paying their full price for if they won't give me the discount :-)
