thank god im not the only one to have my account declined. th pisser is i bet it messes up my credit rating which should be great as i have 5 credit cards with only a balance on 1 of them and that has payments made to it each month without fail ( i made a payment last month on the phone and for security they asked me my credit limit which was 3 grand or something, i said' 3 grand'? nope they had put it up to £12750!!!!!!!)

so my credit was still good , just hope it hasnt bugered it up now. >:(

well i am an existing customer and i have just bagged a bargain.
5ft white fibre optic xmas tree originally £50 with 50% off £25. used my £15 off code and also had £10 commision off to. so total cost £0.00.

I was trying to order a bra for £22 - ie. £7 after discount. The only way you can pay for your order is by opening a credit account. I tried in my name and my husband's name and we were both refused. When I rang them they said that our LX Direct accounts had been "noticed" so we were automatically refused. The assistant said she would get someone to phone me and override the rejection but no one's bothered to phone back since Wednesday.

I guess you can use the offer if you're an LX Direct customer - you just have to be accepted for a credit account first!!!

Wouldn't let me code twice. Would not let spouse have separate order either--got rejected---must have worked out we were at same address.
