What Taxes Am i entitled too - confused

Hi
I am 26 with a 3 year old daughter who doesnt live with me an my partner. I currently see my daughter every fornight for 2 days (overnight) at a weekend due to my work commitments and my daughters mother living far away.
I currently live in a house with my partner which, fortunately for us has no mortgage. We are basically living here and looking after it for my partners mum as she lives in Hampshire. We pay rent....£200 per month and we pay all bills, council tax, insurance, phone, etc etc.
I earn £22000 per year and wanted to understand, if any thing, what tax/benefits/credits i am entitled to as for a non resident parent the forms are very confusing and last time i thought 'sod it if its this hard to get a small amount of money i wont bother' however after coming here i wanted to know what little i can get. The online checkers dont accomodate my options as i do not have my daughter full time.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks

From what you've said, there's nothing you're entitled to.
Not that I can think of anyway.0 -
