Assuming here that you have paid by credit card....
Dispute the transaction with you credit card company. Say you did not authorise the payment. It is then upto Tesco to prove that you did.[size=-2] If this post was unhelpful, please tell me.

just had an email saying;-
Thanks for your email. Your free trial ended on 11/11/05, which was also your
first scheduled billing date. You only started the cancellation process after
billing had already occurred. As the email you are referring to was sent after
you had already been charged, your next billing date is indeed 11/12/05.
Cancellation is currently pending, and will come into effect once we have
received all three outstanding DVDs back from you.
Please contact us should you have any further queries.
but, i am sure the dates are wrong as the free trial was for 14days and i am sure i only signed up at the beginning of the month and cancelled on the 10th - but, there is no way for me to check the dates as they arent on my logged in account - i have to take their word for it.....
they say they havent got the dvds back but i posted them sunday - no receipt stupid stupid me - so, i cannot have any more dvds until they get them back which they never will get them back according to them so i have paid for a month of nothing.....am i screwed?
this is their original free trial ad - is it misleading in any way about when you will be billed?
