Do the old folks a favour - shop online:D

Oh I so wish I could shop on line, but we're never going to get it here.

And while we're on it, little kids running around uncontrolled. I saw one kid get a good case of 'basket face'. And the parent blamed the person holding the basket!

More cost effective solution - don't go shopping with the wife.

Can't do that. She would forget the beer and come back with non-essential items like washing powder and bread.

There is an easy solution - shop online - no trolley rage then:rotfl:

If everyone did this, the aisles would be blocked with supermarket staff filling the online orders :rotfl:

    1) Did anyone used to watch that Saturday morning kids program where they had a list of items that they had to sneak into other people's trolleys in the supermarket? They started small, like a pack of jelly, then the last item was usually something like an ironing board. Perhaps you should start doing that to mobile phone users?

    2) I would like to see pensioners banned from using supermarkets at peak times. I work in a small town where there are VERY limited places to buy your lunch, and I do not like spending half my lunch time standing in a queue in the Co op. Why is there a queue? Because pensioners seem to insist on doing their full weekly shop between 1pm and 2pm, clogging up all the tills whilst they talk through the assistant their exact reasons on why they've bought each item, what they like and dislike about it, how it was rationed during the war etc...

    3) I would also like to see men banned from women's clothes shops. They clog the aisles, stand in the way, and then hover outside the changing rooms looking bored as f*ck. When their girlfriend/wife comes out, and says "what d'y think honey?", they reply in a robotic manner: "mmm, it's nice". Nice? They didn't even look! In fact, they probably don't even care! And even if it looks dreadful and girlfriend/wife blatently isn't sure about it either, they still say "mmm, it's nice".

Congratulations to Marks & Spencer for having the sense to place squidgy sofas outside changing rooms for men to sleep on, so at least they're not in the way!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Take a packed lunch and you do not have to queue and save money.

ooops I forgot, you are probably a woman and that is why you shop!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

 Shopping is a human right for women! Although I would never inflict a lengthy shopping expedition on a male. That is breaching a man's human rights.

Packed lunches require going to the shops in the evening to buy fresh bread for sandwiches or ingredients for salad, and thus queuing again. It also involves washing up lunch box, another activity which I hate! Besides, I make cr*p packed lunch, so would rather buy something!

Am designing a "No pensioners between 1pm and 2pm" sign and will attempt to display it outside Co op next week... :D

Gosh,I can't believe all the ageism in this thread. It is a proven fact that the average pensioner is older than a young person.:D
