People do look at houses in Sept/Oct as they like to be in before Christmas, so be warned and I think the market is starting to pick up
Think all the FTB have been saving for the last 5 years so can finally get on the property ladder

Hasn't it just!?!?
We've spent the whole day today tiding the house and garden for the e/a to come round on Wed.
Have to pop in to see a mortgage advisor to see what would happen if we sell our house and move in with the parents for a few months.
Made a yummy pasta in 17mins today - am very chuffed. Probably should have fed four but me and DH almost ate it all! Jacob like the sausages most and we gave hime the rest of his birthday cake which he graciously shared

Thanks TG and SMF2
How are you guys? I have no idea how anyone manages to keep up with other people's diaries when they have children and work - and I only work part time! I must just be a sissy.

So no people wanting to view the house yet....
DH was a little dissapointed i think as he kept on at me to check my phone *shakes head* Its totally a buyers market atm so I don't think that we will sell that quickly.
It looks lovely on the website though
Overall, including the work we've done on the property we will be losing about £20,000 so i just have to hope that the house we buy has lost more.
I have downloaded a nifty app to my phone to keep a record of my spending - so far I have actually used it.Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck
