Can anyone please help
I have a Dell pc loaded with Vista, in the past couple of weeks whenever I am opening a file I get a message stating "Windows explorer not working". Then next message then states "searching for solution". The next thing that happens is ALL my desktop screens vanish, then they all return allowing me to carry on until I open a new file.
I have not added any new programs since before this problem started and I have good Virus and firewall protection. Can anyone pleas tell me why this is happening as although it is not stopping me using the pc to its full use it is getting a bit borring
Thanks for any replies in advance

Thanks for your quick reply I will give it a look and see if it solves my problem. At least it is nice to see both that I am not the only one suffering with this problem and that there are people like you that can aim me in the right direction
Thanks Again:)0
