disabled college student

my daughter age 19 (20 next week) is about to start college 1st level 2 qualfiication

she is disabled high rate care low rate mobility

she has no other income

the family is on income support/incap benefit

what is she entitled to both with regard to

benefits

help from college - access funds etc

she has her tuition fees paid and has been told she has to pay exam fees

can she claim for travel, stationary other things etc

can she claim income support

the course is full time over 3 days each week

    Does anybody in the household claim carers allowance as she is getting middle rate care, somebody who cares for her for over 35 hrs a week can get carers allowance.
    Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!

    If she's not claiming IS or IB then she'll be eligible for the Adult Learning Grant of £30 per week.

    I'd post this enquiry on the Benefits Board as they have more expertise on that there. I think that IB might take a while to come through.
