Xmas Saver!
The link wont work in Scotland u are on a different court system, you need to have full proof, of the delievery of the postal orders, the counterfoils, you may be able to get proogf of them being cashed by the post office. There is always the chance that the person used a friends address, you could issue a complaint with ebay, but I doubt they would be able to get you a refund.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
• Sorry Ace, I dont really know anything about the Scottish system. I just ignorantly presumed you were in England...

The email address for help on the moneyclaim online one is customerservice.mcol@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk or Tel 0845-601 5935 It might be worth giving them a call and asking whether you can process the claim online if you live in Scotland or if there is a similar system in Scotland.

Sorry I couldnt be more help.

Was the person you bought off in England or scotland? If its england I think you can use the english system provided you have an address in england you can borrow.

I think you can also report him to e-bay for not accepting Paypal.

Good luck, he looks nasty ;)
• I phoned the Sheriff court on my end today - apparently they said I can just start the proceedings through the Scottish court and he will get a letter down south and if he decides to defend it, he will need to drive up... I will update sometime when I get any replies... thanks for the rest for your help
