Tech Award in Residential Letting Past Exams

I am trying to find out if any one here has an Idea where I can find past questions
On Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management which
Is an exam run by National Federation of Property Professionals

Any pointers in the right direction will be helpful. I have searched the Internet
Far and wide and can not seem to get hold of any such information. Usually
With any sort of exams, this sort of information is always about on line

I want to take the exams on my own but need this information to give me a better insight in to how and what sort of questions to expect. They are normally called BRAIN DUMPS in IT for those that are in to computers and exams.
Please note, I will pay £30 via paypal to any one who can point me in the right direction for this as I am really keen to get hold of this information.

There's a new syllabus in place from summer 2008 , if you check.

The exam questions are multiple choice and provided that you cover what's on the syllabus you shouldn't find it too difficult - there are plenty of tips all over this board on which areas of law are relevant to property letting.

Estate Agents have exams? Would you adam and eve it. I didn't think most of them could read or write.

..it's okay, they don't have to write for these - they're computer based so they can just point and click

I have heard there's also an extra special maths one, only for letting agents, on how to massively multiply your admin costs until they bear no resemblance to reality. They get a gold pin badge in the shape of a swagbag if they get it to equal more than a week & a half's rent per tenant.;)

Seriously, these type of courses *are* a move in the right direction, but as it' s not compulsory nor part of any Letting Agency registration requirement it's not really enough is it?

I'm pretty sure that MSE posters could come up with some really good multiple choice Qs for a LA test..............................

Does the association have an alumni site/ forum you can post your request to. Assuming you've asked them outright already, you might want to approach a local letting agent in your town that already have the qualification for help in procuring past papers. Hope this helps :-)
