Yes - if you are made bankrupt the OR will go through every single inch of your finances, if you have £20K, you will lose it in the BR, so you might as well pay it now and avoid the BR.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0 -

I have recieved an email from them today offering settlement at just over £7k. I shall pay them and damn their impudence
