Soooo confused! Help please.
Hi
Im currently with Npower on their duel fuel no standing charge tariff and I am wanting to change. I did fancy Southern Electric as they seemed to have good customer service scores and their fixed rate until 2010 would save me £12 a year, not a big saving I know but it offered some security. Then I saw Eon who were offering their Energy online extra saver 8 monthly direct debit which would save me £422 a year but its not fixed. I dont know whether to take a chance and go with Eon or go for the safer bet with Southern Electric! Advice would be very much appreachiated.

Be careful because the Southern Electric tariff is NOT fixed, it merely tracks their standard tariff but at 2% lower. That means you will be subject to any future price increases.Hi

Also I may be wrong but I do not think that EoN have increased their on line prices yet from the last price increases.0 -
