Refused car finance - am I entitled to a reason?
Comments
-
Finance on the clio was 6k and was getting 4k on it, new car (04 mondeo) was 4888.
Not happening now, guess I'll just have to soldier on.
Now need to try and find a car seat to go in a crappy 3 door clio!
There is your answer then.
With 2k negative equity you need to borrow £6888 on a Mondeo that is really worth around say £3.5k in the trade?
The advance is far too high for HP.
You could look at returning the Clio under the half rule to get rid of that negative equity? I am surprised the dealer did not mention this?0 -
Makes more sense when you explain it like that.
Ah well.
Back to the drawing board!0
