My Dad ordered some items from Viking Direct and wasn't home yesterday when they were delivered. There was a card through the door which said the items had been left in the wheelie bin!
The bin gets emptied tomorrow, so it's part full of rubbish. My Dad was going mad last night that they didn't leave it in a secure place or take it back so he could arrange collection/re-delivery. Next door don't work and rarely go out, so they usually take any parcels for him.
What sort of drivers do they employ that think it's acceptable to leave your order in the bin?!

Here I go again on my own....

Wheelie stupid ones!"Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0

To save money, Viking appear to have chosen the cheapest possible delivery firms. We've had no end of problems with the last few orders and we no longer buy from them. They know the price of everything and the value of nothing!0

They use DHL and have had endless problems with them. Please get your dad to report this to customer services.0

DHL = D-H-hell
I have had non-stop probs with these cowboys. They have left my parcels under the wheel of my car before and often sign for my items themselves, nick them and I end up having to chase the companies I originally ordered from to get them to send replacement items by proving that I never signed for any items in the first place. They never ever leave a card, absolute joke of a company.0
