anyone been on island cruise withur CC?

We are going next year and only have a prepaid CC, we would not be able to get a CC and I know that they expect you to leave CC details to pay onboard expences. I am not sure what happens if you say you have no CC. We could use prepaid card but if they pre-authorise a large amount then the funds may still be on hold by the time we go to settle out bill, if that makes sense as the card we have takes about 10 days for authoristion amounts to drop off ( tesco authorise £1 every time we shop online and do not take it )

We will be taking travellers cheques and will settle bill at end with them. Just wondered if anyone else has used Island Cruises and done this?

We did go on another cruise many years ago and did this but was different cruise company. We left a deposit of I think £200 in travelers cheques and just checked every few days and paid what we owed over the £200.
