Hi guys,
My brand new laptop crashed due to installing a windows update.
Ever since then i have had some problems but my main one is battery calibration.
I have tried to follow the instructions but it does not seem to work ?
I've tried totally charging it then discharging it but its not working.
I have an HP COMPAQ 6720
Thanks:beer:

You could try the HP batter calibration tool:
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp32001-32500/sp32299.exe
Not sure if it will work with your laptop, but during the installation it should tell you0
