hi PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME

OK THIS IS MY 1ST POST....
SORRY ITS A LONG ONE THIS BUT I REALY NEED YOUR HELP PEOPLE...
OK I WAS IN A SUPER MARKET WHEN A TAXI HIT MY CAR. THERE WERE A PERSON WITNESS WHO SEEN THIS AND TOLD ME WHEN I CAME OUT OF THE STORE BUT THE TOLD ME TAXI DRIVER HAD DROVE OFF. BUT MADE A MESS OF MY CAR.
I Went to the police and gave then my details ect and then i phoned the taxie company and they would not tell who the taxi was.. but the witness told me what car it was...
2 days later i seenthe car taxi that hit my car and taken photos of the taxi and the driver on my phone camera and then went to the witness and he said it was the same taxi but i allso then got his reg..
i then told the taxi place i wanted his number and they gave it me. so i did ring ring the driver who then said .. ok yes i hit your car and he would pay me harf of the damage . i said ok then pay me £300 for the damgae and call it quits...
i went to see him today and he sat in my car and i was doing a letter saying he payed me the money in cash. GUESS WHAT he GOT THE LETTER OF ME AND RUN OF TO HIS TAXI WITH out PAYING ME A PENNY. calling me a white trase bi--- so i blocked him in with my car and called the police . the police would not do much and what do i do next ...
i was told of the police he would be in trouble for not telling them he hit my car and would have to go to court and get a fine and points ect...
i want to get his car insurance but is now saying im not gettting it due to the fact he allready payed me the money.. i was crying im so upset he well stiched me up. the police wont give me a coppy of his insurance and i will have to pay for the damage my self... what can i do please please help me what can i do ... i do have his reg and a realy good witness who is willing to go to court who wotks for the super market... thank you guys the taxi company wont help me :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
allso he is saying he will get me im scared...

First of all stop paniciing - .
report all this to your insurance company. the police should have given you a crime number. They will deal with it so stop worrying, Thats what you pay them for. Give them every last bit of information and relax and tell them the truth. They really will sort it out for you.
And report his 'i'll get you' threats to the police and his employer.
good luck, everything will be okay-believe me (as long as you have insurance that is).make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Also contact your council licensing department for advice Taxi's have to be licensed by them and they may be able to advise.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.

He should also have reported the accident to the licensing authority within 72 hours.
You really need to contact your own insurers to ask them to sort this out for you.0 -
He has also racially abused you. Tell the police you want this crime to be dealt with as a race crime. Notify the

Poppy9 is right - the he has committed a racially aggravtated crime. Insist that the police treat this as a 'hate crime' - they have to do so if anyone (not just the victim) perceives the crime as being racially motivated."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Why did you let a total stranger (male) into your car,when you were on your own too?
After this issue with him running off-you have SPOKEN to him again??!!
Having difficulty understanding why?After he hit your car,didn't stop,apparently lied to his own company,ran off with the note,racially abused you,made comments about your disability ???

Firstly, why did you not report all the information to your insurance company to sort out? This is what you pay your insurance for, and as you have the taxi registration and a witness, you won't lose your no claims bonus.
Secondly, why did you agree to him paying HALF the cost of repairs? If he damaged your car, his insurance should pay for ALL the damage.
