I have £150 on my card, and was gonna give Boots a miss for a week after all the till spit and no7 chaos. Would i be wise to get down and spend them?

I have only heard of PC customers losing points. Have other people lost them too. I was saving mine for christmas, but it sounds like they are not safe with Boots.

You are probably safe if not in PC. That said, I don't think anyone is 100% safe, and if it were me I would try to spend those points before too long. Surely Christmas items will be out soon? It wouldn't hurt to get anything you want that is already in the store now, and get anything new that comes out as soon as it's on the shelves!

    Hi

Ok I ventured out to Boots and now I am sitting here very confused!!

    This is what I got

    JK nail buffer -£4.00
    JK File - £2.00
    JK File - £2.00
    JK File - £2.00
    No7 Extreme Length Mascara - £11.50
    No7 Eye Palette £0.00 - GWP
Max Factor Nail Finity - £5.50
    Crunchy Nut bar - £0.65

    Total - 27.65

Handed over £5 No7 Till Spit, pinky and 2 X PC Mx Factor (diff barcodes)

    Total - £11.65:eek:
    Points - 44:eek:
    Saved - £16.00

Now this shop did not go as planned at all. SA said JK was on 342 so why don't you put another through so I got another 2 (to get extra 500 points ;) ), she said you have 2 and I said that's fine.
Now I was expecting my total to be £5 with only 2 JK products.
The 342 did not kick in properly I don't think and the 500 points on JK IS DEFFO OFF:eek:

No pinky issued either and they had some and no electrical till spit

How can I return all this now as I will not get back my £14 worth of coupons:eek:

Feel very silly, angry and greedy right now :cry::o

    Hi

Sorry to go off topic a little. But just wanted to show the gift basket I made from Boots items for St Lukes Hospice. They were very grateful and said they will save it for Christmas and raffle it then.

Sorry, can't stop right now ladies but...

For the lady who sent me the PM about C2000 and 342 - it seems to vary from store to store sometimes, so hope you found it on 342 today :)

Mr BTVB says - no No7 Breast Cancer lip gloss in Cambridge city centre, an Expert item he bought unexpectedly came up on the till as coming with 100 extra points (but didn't have a voucher for this ) got the new mascara + GWP using pinky+spit ;) and found a 50ml bottle of Poison (the Dior version, not the killing kind :D) for £27 instead of £41 - so that's 2700 points gone from his card today!

We will be back tonight! xxxxx

awww....I get your total to £9.65 once all deductions have been taken away so it appears that one of the JK nail files did not get taken off your total. Also, it appears that if you use 342 on JK, you don't get any points.

Though, has anyone actually tried getting just two jk items? You may get the points then

ETA - I thought it was 342 mix and match so....jk wipes, jk file and jk file = £2 off, then No7 Mascara, MF Varnish, Jk file = £2 off...
