Dashed to Boots after work (a different one - can't face my usual!) and spent my points and hubby's points on:

Lacoste perfume gift set
Davidoff gift set
Digital photo frame
swimming trunks
Flip flops
3 x photo calendars (3 for 2)
Hair clippers set

£160-ish in all. Just £2 each left on our cards.

And almost all my Christmas shopping done now, what with all of the above, cheapy No7 stuff, and the Virgin Vie prizes from July!

noooooooooooooooo....how am I going to cope? I need to know how people get on with the new offer tomorrow and how to get best value but boyf is off to visit his parents 2moro, not back till Sunday, and is taking his laptop with him :eek:

Think I may have to pop round mums & "borrow" her laptop for a few days, otherwise it's back to the phrehistoric desktop pc upstairs in the cold spare room that will take a week to load each page....grrrrr!

Hi everyone,
Along with the rest of the world and his wife, I tried to 'spend' my remaining skincare tillspits today. Couldn't find any item for less than £5-00 in any of the stores I tried. Eventually thought I might be able to buy Sanctuary mini skin cleanser and toner with one voucher, but this was disallowed at the till. Is this correct, as I don't see anything on the voucher to say that I could not buy minis with it?. Also, didn't get a pinky I was entitled to with something I bought as they had run out? I was hoping to get that towards buying the new No 7 mascara and gwp................:mad: This was already on sale in Tunbridge Wells today.

- Remington straighteners are great (although have only had them a few weeks, so still time to konk out),
- Are SAs letting people buy the 'reduced-to-£2.50' Model Me products with 250 points vouchers, even thought they beep ?
- Can you buy the reduced Mitchums, give over 50% off vouchers, get the discount, then pay with points ?

Dotchas, have you received yours hun? I used my goodies last night and I am very impressed - I look at least 10 years younger (so that makes me 11 - I wish!:rolleyes::rotfl:)

Well it was as expected Boots tonight. There was nothing to be had under £5 for my last 2 facial skincare vouchers. But still have some no7's to use although stock for that was low on the ground. At least we've got til next week to use that. I've not seen any 3for2 on no7 signs yet. I went to get the new boots mag and the SA took me to the stash which was the old one. So I asked the SA on the till for the new ones who claimed they were the new ones!! oh dear, either he was very bored or really just had no idea!

Just a quicky, but everyone is talking about eye shadow primers, I find that a slick of No7 Lip and Eye shimmer, the one that was £5.75 BOGOF, works really well.
