Does anyone want to swap one or two of my No7/R&M till spits from the self-service till for pinkies? PM me if interested! I haven't had a pinkie for ages - been using the SS tills a lot recently! and sort on on topic (since I got the tabs from Boots) I have overdosed on ibuprofen :eek: I bought the 400mg tabs from Boots cos they are half price if you have joined the Health Club and stocked up on some more today. This time the pharmicist stressed that I must only take one at a time. I'd only been taking a dose of 2 every 4 hours like you can with paracetamol and anadin. :eek: How flippin' stupid am I! (my headache and stomachache went tho' ) Thankfully I only did it for one day, but in that day I took 6 tablets. Anyone wanna give me a virtual slap.

Hi was in Chester 1st thing Saturday morning and they had a few bits and pieces in toys down but not much. Got some Knex for £5 rather than £20 and although no 3for 2 signs up they are on 3 for 2 as the SA told me to go and get another one as I'd only picked up 2.
The rest of the clearance was rubbish as was Cheshire Oaks. I've no more vouchers left now so am glad to keep away from Boots for a while - spent too much recently!!!!

Do Boots still sell that Bach Rescue Remedy stuff? Does it work? Or is there another product that they sell that is supposed to help calm you and actually works?

I can confirm as Sarah Skint says that the new Mascara GWP is going through as 0.00 today with no Mascara bought.
I got one in my local when I grabbed an eye define brush and time delay wipes.....

There is no rush on the no7 vouchers as they are good until Sunday, so you may want to wait and see what ACM offers come tomorrow (and I'm hoping my local will put out the red Ruby and Millie mirrors by Sunday!).

As to the skincare, it is all down to what is available in your store. I would start with looking for freebies like any Time Delay items under 5 pounds, then Sanctuary under 5. If you find nothing you want, don't forget to check the men's Time Delay (which is in the men's shaving section), as people say the after shaving balm is good. It is only about 3.49 or 3.59, so you can throw in a Sanctuary Charcoal mask for 1.79 and just pay the difference that comes out over 5 pounds (I think its 39p or so). You could also just get three of the charcoal mask sachets and pay a small amount (some people have been denied getting more than one item with a voucher, but I've never had a prob and I think if you just hand it over, and especially if you have another item in your basket to cover, the SA won't flinch. It's actually something they should accept based on the terms of the voucher, but some don't want to anyway).

I have got some Remington Wet 2 Straight as my GHD's died a few weeks ago. I am happy with them so other Remington ones might be ok - sorry not to help further.

Hi Ikkle,

Yes Boots do sell bach, I have used it and always found it helped. Kalms are also good but need to take a couple of days before for them to kick in. Also, which Nicky Clarke straighteners did you have?
