  • AAAhhhh bless her, the poor babe, must hav frightened her, she'll be wondering why suddenly her face is burning, I would be grumpy too!! They only want their mums when they feel poorly, Im sure she wont be quite so clingy when she starts to feel better. How frightening is that, not knowing whats caused it, know how you feel bout docs/HVs, ive had a gut full with them as well, waste of time&space! defo worth remembering the red oxide in future. XX

Must go bed, Im shattered, nighty night all:heartpuls

what makes me laugh is they always send me to the doc that cant be othered despite asking for a family doc, same as the hv she hasnt even got kids so how can she know whats best!
I like her been a mummys girl i get lots of hugs and kisses which i dont normally shes all nana and granded lol
just makes life a bit harder trying to get things done and hunt down the one xmas pressi for her i really wanna get but cant find :o(

while im typing does anyone have an empty mf vanity case to spare ?? the big one not the one that had the shampoo n stuff in.
im not allowed to say what i think so ner!:p

She can buy as many as she wants, but need to be in sets of two, each item however would be the following:
    Oil £0.00
    Bottom/Cream £0.25
    Bath/Wash/Foaming wash/Talc/Head to toe/Shampoo/Lotion £0.50

so if she got 4 bath wash in one transcation it would be £2.00? is that right?
i can never understand how the tills work and relay the deal back to her right.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)
Want to be fit for 30 not fat at 30

Er...I used two vouchers when I got the 6 boxes for the womens refuge lol...so boots paid me about £40 and 2500 points to donate it all lol

And anyway...pay? pay? I could never accept a penny for anything you may want to raid from my stash etc :)

And thats what I love about your shopping style, I tell you what your local Refuge must look like a boots warehouse thanks to you. You are an :A to them!!!

you can get HSM karaoke CD's (words on the screen) on ebay - makes my parties a huge hit! def recommend them. HSM3 is out in the cinemas in October too so it'll be popular again in time for Xmas so maybe an idea for a few to stock up on perfume at boots for stocking fillers now?

Am thinking as the tickets are ready to pre-order might just get her them for her b'day.

She has got something with words on for HSM to sing along to.......who knows what this is???

But might get a couple of those hsm for sis in law to give instead of a party bag kind of thing??

  • As Broclo said, it doesn't really matter what anyone thinks of KJ's actions tonight as it was her decision to make, but I personally think that many people would have just bought up the lot themselves (especially as she IS pregnant!!) so thank you for sharing with some expectant/new mums! (I'm neither so quite impartial!)

For those disappointed they missed out, you win some, you lose some-well it's a bit like a gameshow: you came here with nothing so you've not lost anything ;).

Regarding posts about lurkers vs posters, I don't think anyone thinks that everyone here only falls into the two extremes of

1 never posting and grabbing 120 of every item and ebaying them
    or
2 posting all night and sharing loads.

There are plenty of people who just can't keep up with the thread or just don't find time to post or aren't lucky enough to find lovely bargains to share. Nothing can be done about people abusing the glitches really but I think we can safely assume that most people who read this thread, posting or not, are genuine money savers who just want a couple of bargains or good value pressies for friends and family. <group hug!>

Oooh that ended up being much longer than I intended, feel free to ignore!!

Yes £2, unless you got the two different barcodes where you need to put different shopping in your basket??

  • RE MISS DIOR CHERIE in Birstall, Leeds.

    rosy798 vbmenu_register("postmenu_14134145", true); and ThreeLittlePiggies,
I can't be too sure, but I think one was £14.xx and the other was either £17.xx or £23.xx. Sorry to be so vague.

Exactly what I was thinking of doing actually! But I'd need loads! Going to check it out tho

I use lots of my extra purchases at my 'pamper makeover' parties - things like the eye dazzles and the reduced lipglosses etc in clearance. Keeps my 'play' makeup box topped up!
There was a 9yr old girl last weekend who was like 'oh I have that, my mum has that...' either she was a 'knowitall' or her mum was a bootser! lol! I should've asked her! I'd love it if it was!
I miss using my infinite coupons at Tesco!
2010 was the worst year ever :(
But 2011 so far has been a lot of fun! :j
