I tried something similar today -- you CAN get nail files in the offer, but it has to be with other accessories. The SA actually rang it all up, and thank goodness I noticed that 4 quid didn't come off! She went to ask the no7 SAs, and they said you can mix and match skincare/makeup, OR you can mix and match accessories. And that seems to be true based on what the till does. hth

FYI, another SA came and said to be careful with those nail buffers anyway, because they are very sharp and will cut your finger if you slip while filing!

Ye, i found the inserts problematic to remove aswel (the model me were the same) Solution...i run a knife line (slight) down the fold before i tear from book.
