Has anyone else had the Email for the Survery on Christmas ? (products etc..)
I saw it in my inbox and was (sadly!) excited, only to find that the link to the survery wont work? Maybe I'm too eager!!!
    Anyone had any problems?

Also, I tried to get the No7 Nail Files (£4) with 2x No7 wipes, but it didn't go through on 3-4-2. SA said Nail Files weren't in the offer. I thought it was all No7? Does it have to be x3 of the same?
    TIA Bootsers.
(still have a couple of till spits to use (not No7) but don't really know what to get with them....no TD wipes anywhere)
For those who were looking for the Miss Dior Cherie, there is almost half a shelf full of this, DISCOUNTED, at Birstall, Leeds. EDP & EDT.

I really love that perfume Miss Dior Cherie, did you notice how much it was please?

Had a fab shop today! The only downside was I used all but one of my No7 coupons at the first Boots, and the second, small Boots is the one that actually had the Ruby and Millie little mirrors! Doh! So I only got one of those.

Can I return only two items of 342? Details below ...I also got two Lucky Me! Panda purses (342 with the R&M mirror) because I wanted a new purse for myself. I know they're for little girls, but I love pandas. The problem: The purses are absolute crap. They were sealed so that you couldn't unzip it in the store (prob 'cause a lipgloss is inside), so it wasn't until I got home that I saw the inside has no zip compartment for change, so wouldn't be great for holding cards, cash and coins. OK, so I thought I could give them both to actual little girls -- but then I noticed on both of them part panda of the picture is pulling off in places!

So, can I return just two items from a 342? The SA would have to refund me for only one of the items. But I think that would confuse some SAs, taking back two items and only giving a refund for one. And I don't want to return all three, as I got 5 quid off one of them with a pinky. If need be, I can just swap the purses for other items on the Christmas mix and match (maybe more R&M mirrors), but the only reason I could justify buying them in the first place was I wanted a new purse for myself, anyway.

But otherwise, fabby shops! Twice I used both a pinky and no7 till spit! On the first transaction, I got the No7 Deeply Moisturising lipcare and tried to get two no7 nail buffer kits. It didn't work as 342; apparently you can't mix no7 accessories with no7 skincare/makeup on the 342! It's a good thing I bought a few other items, because without the nail buffers my total was only 2.75 due to the 10 quid in vouchers!

I then got the no7 Breast Cancer Care lip gloss and two no7 face wipes, using two vouchers again. The lip gloss is great; a pretty, gentle shade and not sticky! Feels good on top of the moisturising lipcare, too. ;)
  • Hey peeps - was sorting through my Boots stash last night, most of it is going to be for Xmas prezzies. I never even thought that some of it might go off before then! Most of it I know will be ok but what about make-up like nail vanishes and mascara? Do they have a short life or is that just when they've been opened? Thanks xxx

Perhaps we should be finding out what Boots sell for our "senior moments" - and I'm blonde, too, so there's no hope really! Just annoying when you come back pleased with what you've got but then realise you could have done better...but that's me all over - woulda/shoulda/coulda! Never mind! I think I'll try post-its attached to my adv card - but where did I put the post-its......:rotfl:

lol well I have blonde, ditzy and just plain stupid moments! ;-) so as you say there is no hope for me either! If Boots sold something for it I'm sure I'd forget where I put it or when to take it lol.
Been there done it with the sticky notes too... I have to stick them to the screen so when I turn PC on I dont forget what I turned it on for! (I always go off and do other things (like this) then turn it off and remember what is was I put it on for in the 2st place!!
off topic I have finished my 1st ever nappy cake for our expected (family) delivery in the new year!!! I feel so proud!!!!!!!!! lol
  • There will be 2 bits of thin ribbon, just pull those and it will form a bow :)

got one R&M I pen (eyeshadow but in a pen) - this was £1 after vouchers too and its a lovely turquoise colour similar to the no7 eyeliner that wont shift!

I tried to get one of these last week - I thought they were lovely - liked that green one and the pink one (ooh, and the purple one, too!) . I had managed to get £5 R&M pinky and £5 R&M till spit (from a till, not self service) and tried to use them at a self service till, but it was my first attempt and an SA had to come over to show me how to type in the bar code on the eye-pen, and she then hung around watching and wouldn't let me scan both vouchers. Would have been lovely for £1. Note to self : must practice the use of SS tills on boring purchases so I am fully cognisant of their operation before the next round of glitches....
