Free Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation

I've just replied with the folloing in another thread but I thought i'd also start a new thread.

REGARDLESS OF INCOME!!

Basically, I live in the Kirklees Council area, and slowly but surely they are making there way round every home offering FREE loft and cavity wall insulation, as well as free enegy saving lightbulbs & a carbon dioxide alarm. They've not reached my house yet, but have aready done some of my families/friends/work collegues houses.

If you lot were planning on getting any of the above, it might be worth checking with your local council to see if they are planning on doing something similar in future.

Apparantly the government are due to make some announcements next week. Maybe this could be it?

I was just about to sign on the dotted line for both Cavity and Loft insulation.

Will wait a bit longer.. fingers crossed,,,
