Lot of great comments on this board about Screwfix so had to comment on the great service I have had from thier competitor https://www.toolstation.com
It's mostly when things go wrong that you find the true service level of a company, when I had a few wrong items in a recent order putting it right was painless:
1 - Freephone call
2 - Answered in less than three rings
3 - Apology and correct item sourced
4 - Dispatched and received next day
5 - In my case " just keep the wrong stuff".
6 - For what I needed cheaper than screwfix!

If all web suppliers were like these two then going to the shops would be a thing of the past.
