Natwest Student Account- what do I need?

Am already a customer of the Natwest, and have applied online to change my current account to a Student Account. Not heard anything from them yet, but they never were the quickest at Customer Service.....
I'm just trying to get all my paperwork in order at the moment (still haven't even sent off my passport photos for my ID card yet....due to the fact that everytime I attempt to go and get some taken it pours down and I end up looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards and bees have started nesting in my hair!) and I was just wondering what the Natwest will need from me to get this account up and running.
Obviously I won't need my identification, as I am only upgrading an account, but what else will they want to see?
Need to pull my finger out and get on with this. If only paperwork was as enticing as buying stationary.....

When did you change the account?

If you pop into your local branch you may find that the account is upgraded. You may have to sort out the overdraft facility in the branch and if you need to change your solo card(i have assumed so apologies if this is not the case) to a switch card, then the branch can order it for you. Hope that helps.0 -
Already have a Switch card, so just need to sort out the overdraft.
Will call in to branch and see.
Thanks for your help!I don't believe in doing things the easy way.....
