We should have an age verification system for new registrations. I'd swear justpurchased is about 12. It's totally pointless trying to debate with this dolt.

Sorry i don't even think that you have made a house related or financial point to me!
You have just joined the crowd.

How do you know what 12 year olds sound like on the net. Are you Garry Glitter? As the S fell off your speedos?:rotfl:

Go back to school please (and maybe learn something about percentages). MSE doesn't encourage truancy.

Me thinks you protest to much! What is your opinion? I am interested.

Will you look to buy a house? If so when?
    Have you got a deposit?
    Are you debt free?

Oh my God... This is so annoying now. I am getting pretty tired of these discussions descending into farce. Why can't people debate based on science or backed up opinion, not argue amongst themselves!

I'd be much better off trying to reason with a chimp. Your inane posts really are ruining this board. But then I suppose that is ultimately your intention.

Unfortunately I have to concede, the good hasn't been as good as it would have been without this annoying government interfering... Anything he has 'done' over the past few months to 'help the housing market' has in fact affected me in a bad way... it is annoying to see all of these people living on credit are seeing all the perks!

Yes good times haven't been as good as they could have been, however I would sooner be me than the subject of "Bank Of Mum And Dad" or "Spendaholics".:D
