i have had two jaimaca ginger cakes from sainsburys and i absoloutely love them .
but two of them i have had have been burnt on the bottom and stuck to the paper, its a real shame because they are normally excellent quality
has anyone else had this ?
rang their customer service line and the lady was extremely helpful so im pleased with their customer service

Wow what a blast from the past, I didn't even know they were still being sold
Maybe if you smothered it with lemon curd and hot custard the burnt bits wouldn't matter...but it may take you back to the trauma of school dinners!!:eek:Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Just go on their webiste and tell them the details and they may help. Freda did that with some Fish Fingers recently and go herself a £3 voucher. Not exactly rocket science.0
