Thanks Maz and everyone else. He had glucoma and was almost blind, the vet hinks the pressure behind the eyes was getting too much and was pressing on his brain. Glucoma is treatable but not cureable and we had treated him for as long as we could. My head knows it was for the best but it doesn't stop it hurting. His sister is prowling about looking a bit lostI don't knw what to do for her becuase obviously she is a cat and doesn't understand.

Sorry to hear about your kitty Kat Lilac.
Lucifer - I am not a cat person (I am afraid of things) but yours liooks like a furball and the look on his face as he watches the raindrops is priceless).0 -
Lilac - it's so sad when we have to say goodbye to our fur-babies- I had to wait a couple of hours at the vet's when Ugli went to sleep last year, I couldn't see to drive home, everytime I wiped a tear away another two would just appear.
And the remaining cats would just wander around all her usual sleeping / hiding places... You could just imagine them thinking "she's blooming good at this hide and seek thing".
