Ts&Cs

1. To enter log onto www.visitscotland.com/perfectday and register your details.
2. Closing date 31.12.08.
3. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland Ltd., their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for non-transmitted or late entries due to systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received, and proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. Prizefund includes a 4 night break for up to 4 people at Duisdale House Hotel, Isle of Skye. Stay will be based on dinner, bed and breakfast and will be subject to room availability. Prize also includes £250 spending money in total.
8. Travel allowance will be provided up to the maximum value of £100. The Promoter?s decision on travel allowance and will be provided prior to departure.
9. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 05.01.09.
10. Prize-winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw date.
11. Prize must be claimed by 19.01.09 and must be taken by 30.03.09. The prize is subject to room availability and dates are subject to availability and do not include Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Valentine's Weekend.
12. Travel insurance or any other related expenses are not provided.
13. Only one entry per household.
14. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
15. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
16. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Prizewinner may be asked to take part in related publicity as directed by the Promoter.
