BTW forgot to mention that friday night was 'the roof is leaking night'._pale_

Obviously the blasted weather has taken it's toll and something is dislodged or moved. Water was dripping through the ceiling onto the stairs. Anyway OH managed to patch it up and he rang the insurance company on saturday morn.
Their advice is to find a builder or two, get some quotes in, if its over £300 then they'll want a few quotes, then they may decide tto send an assessor round!

DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT ring Acorn... under any circumstances they are absolute cowboys.. turn up on horseback and everything!!!

    I'll ask hubby for you!!

    Morning all.

Reading the posts about the little things people do about pegs, mugs, towels etc, I'm starting to realise why I never let Ex do stuff - he never did it the same as me :o Everything has its place and it needs to be just so :o Oh well, there's only me and DD now and she can be just as bad as me (she actually tidies stock up in shops  )

Just rang the school I wanted a placement at and they picked up the phone and hung up again  So they can get lost. I'm going to phone DD's school and see if I can see the headteacher this morning, any experience is better than none.

Need to do DD's hair and I need to finish getting ready

    Morning ladies!

Sorry to hear about your car Triker and your roof. Sending some good luck vibes and hugs your way.

Well I'm guessing that the supply agency aren't going to ring me for a job this morning at this time, so I'm going to go and do some of the exercise tape then wash my hair and get dressed before a HHC. Does anyone want to join me for a HHC 10-10.30? This should give me time to get all of the other things I need to do this morning done. Don't know why I've decided to do this exercise thing - my legs still hurt from Saturday and AF is visiting. Still, it must be doing something if it hurts, right?

Anyway, will be off to do a HHE or as much as I can manage.

    Happy flying everyone!

    Sexymouse xx

    Hi folks.
Hope you are all well and ready to fly!
Well we had a rest from Flylady over the weekend although I still kept up with my own list!
Here is how things look this morning. The plan is to get started on the purple bit after breakfast. Already got a load of washing on and just sorted through the clothing that was drying. As it's a dodgy back day I will take it more slowly and easily but still hope to get a decent amount done.
Hugs to all who need them and will read through the whole thread when DS has his nap in the afternoon.
    xx OS

    Morning

Triker Sorry to hear that (((((((hugs)))))) deep breath then phone the cops and look for your insurance, hope they get the b*******

Got work this avo so trying to get as much done as I can this morning, I've already done the kitchen which looked like a bomb had gone off cause I just left all the tea stuff from last night :o so that's gleaming again!

Just packed littley off to school almost without her dinner money, It was semi-done just needed to find another £2 and I forgot last night. Teenies at his first day of College awwwwww I remember his first day of Nursery - how time flies!

I keep reaching for my cup and finding it empty, thought I'd made another cuppa but obviously not, and I want to go round to OH's soon so can't make one now *fake cries and pouts* oh I hoovered the spare room/pc room/dining room too and the kitchen floor :A oh and I moved some money about into my web savers - not much but as they were all depleted (M.O.T. tomorrow ) I'm happy I've made a start again.

Not sure whether to go to OH's now, if I do the morning will be gone, but bearing in mind I've only got my bed to make and have a bath and I've got till 1pm, but he's going to do some tyling for FIL about 10ish (but will be late if I go round) I need to go now to fit in what I want to do :D

valli don't know what's going on cause I haven't read ALL the posts on the threads but Good Luck seems to be in order?
