Hey,

As users on the Zubo site did not have to enter any personal details we have no way of contacting them directly, so, when winners log into the site a notification should pop asking them to contact us. Unfortunately this is not up and running yet so I'm afraid it is a case of logging onto the site every few days. This should definitely be sorted within the next 2 weeks.

sadly still no change on the main zubo site,still the same as before,this is getting beyond a joke now,we should have known by now who has won a game and who hasnt,we have all spent time putting in the codes and now I feel like all that hard work we all put in was a waste and no reply to my e-mail I sent ether.I have e-mailed in again.

I feel a bit cheesed off too tbh. I know I was leading that leaderboard for at least a week plus I was in the top 5 consistently for the first 3 or 4 weeks maybe longer so I should almost certainly have won a copy of the game. My son deserately wants it and so if I havent won it I will need to buy it for xmas for him. I just want to know now. Will be gutted if I hang on waiting and then cant get a copy in time for Christmas. Will also be annoyed if I buy a copy only to win one too lol !!!!

:rotfl: I am currently recovering from a nasty vomiting bug at the moment which if you have,you cant go visiting hospitals,need I say more,my dads been great looking after me,so much so I treated him to a dvd of the new Indiana Jones to add to his collection and also choccie to mum for doing my ironing,just hoping mum is ok as she now isnt well.

ok,I have just rung Adam again with the news nothings happened yet on the zubo site and he said it was run by EA as far as he knew and it was them who decided the winners,I said I had mailed them recently as you all know and I told them that EA had told me the site wasnt to do with them, and that e-mail has now been sent to Adam,his collegue is in today and he is going to talk to them re this and see what they can do,again he is sorry to everyone and he will do all he can to pursue this futher and to get the winners sorted,I said I wasnt blaming him as he was great,I have said if he knows anything more from talking to his collegue he will ring me at home for me to pass on to you guys on here but for the time being we have to sit tight.I never give names but I said one of them wanted to get the game for xmas for their son and we didnt want to buy the physical game in,in case we won a copy as we dont want two games of zubo.I also said we have a thread on here and if I get any more news today will feed it on here for you to see.

i am very dissapointed by adams reaction to calls and emails. just blaming each other will do neither EA or Dubit any good. aren't there laws governing competitions like those that exposed the bbc etc for faking comps. there must be a governing body like an omnibudsman to whom we can complain.
