Hi,
My wife is on a diet, again, I was hoping to find an spreadsheet so I can put her weight on it and hopefully help her stick to it if she can see the progress she is hopefully making.
Any ideas where I could get one, pref Excel format.
Many thanks.
PS Before anyone mentions it Iam hopeless at spreadsheets or I would do myself!

Try https://www.dailydiettracker.com
You have to register but it's free and the food diary is good albeit American. OH used it and although it's too much of a faff to enter in all your food every day it's useful for a few days to point out your weaknesses. For instance, he saw that he could cut hundreds of calories by cutting down drastically on butter, before he used the site he hadn't realised just how much of the stuff he ate in a day.
You don't have to do the food diary, you can just track weight.
