Hello! Im looking to buy a laptop and whilst there are decent deals online i'd prefer to buy from instore....the thing is im finding only a fewer stores who do a decent selection of laptops now,as some are going for notebooks.
Im after a decent spec budget laptop with midi ports for hooking up music equipment and a decent ish graphics card for under £400.
The main question being where are some of the best places to buy?
Ive tried comet & currys and thats about the only places in my local area.If someone could name some big name stores who do laptops that would be great, cheers!

Tesco do several - including Dell - but you'll need to research the specs to find your particular needs.0

Staples
Asda
Morrisons
Woolworths
but I would get one online as you have a much bigger range and the prices are great...
so try
https://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk
or
https://www.acerlaptops.co.uk
and go to there
open boxed bargains
and see what they have there...
I have just got a 20.1 inche laptop for less than £600 not a bad price really as they are £800 upwards normally...
it has a light scratch on the lid so I am waiting for a lapjack to come so I can cover this...

and they do a free 2 year warranty..everyone else only does 12 months0 -
You're not gonna find a laptop with MIDI ports. Best you can do is go get your laptop, then get a MIDI USB adaptor (seen them on eBay) which can be plugged in to any computer.0
