I bought a Leisure gas cooker last August and had a couple of problems which resulted in the thermostats being replaced under warranty. I've not really used the main oven since this work was carried out in March. The warranty has since expired.
Last week I started using the oven in earnest and noticed a problem that wasn't there before. Assuming I'd have to pay for a service I contacted Leisure (Beko) and explained the problem.
They're going to come out and fix it free of charge as a goodwill gesture!
I wasn't even complaining as I knew it was my fault it was out of warranty and I'd not checked sooner, I was just wondering how much it would cost for an engineer to come out.
