    1. One entry per person.
    2. Competition open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Times Newspapers Ltd or Matt Roberts Training Academy (MRTA), their families, agents or any other person connected with the competition.
    3. Competition closes at midnight on September 29, 2008. Winners will be notified by October 3.
    4. The prize is a place on the Personal Training Diploma VRQ at MRTA, London. The prize is subject to the winner successfully completing an application form and passing an initial screening process to ensure suitability for the course. Selection and attendance on the course will be subject to the MRTA terms and conditions. In the event a winner is not suitable for the training course another winner will be selected at eligible from all correct entries and will be subject to the same screening.
    5. Prize is only valid for course commencing January 19, 2009. In the event the winner cannot attend on these dates an alternative winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Travel, accommodation and other expenses are not included.
    6. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of Times Newspapers Limited, or their employees, Times Newspapers Limitedwill not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner accepting the prize and taking part in the course.
    7. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by TNL or any associated or subsidiary company of News International Limited and by Matt Roberts Personal Training.

    3. Entry limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the TNL reserves the right to redraw the prize.

    5. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
