HSA Dental Insurance

I've been using HSA private dental insurance for over a year now and would just like to say that it's the best level of customer service that i've ever received.
The first time that I claimed I thought here we go...no doubt they'll having me jumping through hoops and they'll be dragging their feet paying. I needn't have worried. Each time I make a claim it's seamlessly processed and the money is paid straight into my bank account within 3-4 days. In fact I get the money before the confirmation letter's even arrived which also thanks me for claiming!
TBH, I don't know how they make any money out of it. I've claimed far more back then i've given them.

I too do not understand how they make any money.
Did you know that they will pay for gum sheilds for sports protection - the only dental charges I get for my children.
I too give them a huge thumbs up;)0 -

Blimey, that doesn't sound too good. Just as well i've already got them to pay for 75% of having all of my fillings replaced for nice white ones. :j
As far as I can see the HSA cover is down from a maximum £2000 per annum total amount of cover for treatment to £500. If that's correct that's quite a reduction.0 -

I've just received the same letter myself now. It's annoying how it starts off by saying "I hope that you're enjoying the reassurance and peace of mind that your Dental Plan provides" and then goes onto say how they're basically slashing the levels of cover and increasing the prices.
Hmmm, this thread could now do with being moved to the consumer vent board.0
