Have to let off some steam...
Last year, i ordered a starter kit for my daughter and it turned up no problem. However, instead of the nice handy carry case which should have been included, there was a massive, heavy canvas bag which my daughter couldn't carry. I emailed duellist who said they were out of stock of the small bags so had sent me a bigger (and heavier) one instead. I explained it wasn't suitable and that a small light bag was needed and duellist said I could send the bag back and when the others came in, they would send one. So i sent the bag back (cost £7 - it was that heavy!!) and waited. Eventually the small bags became available and one was sent. However, duellist charged an extra £5 to my credit card for postage. What was worse was they didn't refund the £7 it had cost me to send back the bag I didn't ask for. I contacted duellist who said no problem they would sort out a refund. It has been 12 months and still no refund. I am also considering a further purchase and asked duellist for a price (yes a sales enquiry). No reply has been received. What are they up to?
