Capital One Contact Numbers

I'm sorry if I come across as ignorant to some, but this is a genuine problem for me.

I need to contact Capital One, but everytime I get through it seems I get through to somebody of Indian origin etc. Are there call centres based abroad? I have quite a complicated problem and can never get my point across to those that speak/understand English of a lesser standard.

Are there any UK based numbers I can contact?

Maybe I'm just lucky but each time I have contacted Cap1 from 0800 952 5150 or 0800 9525252 I have reached UK division.

I have had a similar experience and just asked to be put through to a UK based supervisor, expalining I had a complex situation. Their Indian staff really are incredibly polite, but IMHO they can only deal with situations that can be handled with a script. I asked to be put through to a UK based supervisor and they did so without any problem or query.
