Missed minimum payment on Sainsburys 0%, possible outcome?

Hi,

I stupidly forgot to set a postit reminder to make the minimum payment on a sainsburys 0% card (up in February) with @3k on it. I think I'll miss it by 3-4 days. I don't have the T&C with me and wondered if anyone knows what its going to cost me, and if I'll still be on 0% or be flicked over to an obscene interest rate charge (in which case I'll close it and move on or pay it off).

Have you phoned them?

I missed a payment on my Coop 0% credit card. I phoned them and explained, the very nice lady noted my file, and I didn't lose out at all.

But I remember reading a thread by someone else who had their 0% revoked for missing a payment.

Give them a bell, said it would probably cost one-off charge of £25 and won't affect the rate. Unfortunate just.

Will they accept payment by debit card over the phone ? This method is instant.
