Hammonds poor service

Options
We signed a contract with Hammonds for fitted furniture in four bedrooms. Initially they agreed to deliver (ofcourse orally) it by end of October although they dragged two rooms it until second week of November. The works that were started on other two rooms weren't completed and left half way. The works that were due to start on second week of November didn't start as their fitter went untraceble. We were very unhappy as we couldn't move into that home or even move around due the wood works left half way. We both spent lot of time in talking to them by makign hundreds of calls each day. We are completely stressed out and drained.

Is there any way I can sort compensation from them as they hadn't delivered their services to the expected?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
M
