Best Airmiles credit card?

Hi,
I've decided to get a credit card that gives Airmiles (or any flights not particulary relating to the airmiles scheme)...and I'm wondering which is the best one to go for?
I've been reading into it quite a bit but am totally confused as to which one is the best?
I will be spending around 40,000 to 100,000 per year on the card if that helps (will be putting all business expenses on there! However the card will be a personal card in my own name - I don't think biz card offer such schemes anyway do they?)
Please can you let me know which credit card will give me the most airmiles/flights for our spend?

I'm looking into Amex plat, something about getting a 241 ticket for BA if you spend £10,000. I think you also get 1 mile per 10 spent, but I am still in the very early stages of looking into it so I'm not 100% right! (Thats also linked to BA as opposed to airmiles)
