Can I do any better?

I currently have the following;

A and L Premier Direct since 2006 - Pay £1800 in every month no overdraft
A and L Easy ISA since July 2008 - Pay £250 in every month
Egg Money Card - Spending - Pay off every month

Can I do any better?

  • It depends what the interest rates are on these accounts, really. Have a look at what you are getting on these accounts, and then look at the current best buy tables (http://www.moneynet.co.uk/best-buys/savings-deposits.shtml is a good place to start). Perhaps a cashback card (like the one offered by AMEX for example) might be worth considering too if you pay it off each month?
