i have lost the address bar that runs along the bottom of I.E. so cannot type in the address of new sites.
i run win xp
please help as its a pain to go through the search engines.

Try
Right mouse click on the Toolbar at the top and select Address Bar. That should make it come back!0 -
From the menu choose
View -> Toolbars -> Address Bar0 -
Along the bottom it is, right click the taskbar, toolbars address, but be sure to unlock
and then slide the address bar to the appropriate sze the relock taskbar...

i have tried the above but it is the browser address bit that i need to find
when i open my www i get the toolbar at the top of the screen with (back, forward resfresh home etc etc)
underneath that i used to have a bit that i could type in web address' click go and go to another site, that bit has dissappeared.
i have tried to click and drag just in case it is hidden but to no availfatblokexl:EasterBun:0 -

Open IE and can you slide the toolbar across after unlocking the address bar.
