Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Entries must be received by midnight on Friday 31st October 2008.
2. The winner will be drawn at random within 2 weeks of the closing date and will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the draw taking place. The winner is required to contact John Menzies Digital Ltd. to confirm acceptance of their prize within 2 weeks of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable or ineligible, John Menzies Digital Ltd. reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
3. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by John Menzies Digital Ltd. in printed and/or online formats.
4. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person allowed.
5. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees of John Menzies Digital Ltd. and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
6. The prize is a five night stay for two people in a Superior Double room at the Enterprise Hotel in Milan including breakfast. The prize includes return flights from a London airport to Milan.
7. The date of the stay will be agreed between John Menzies Digital Ltd. and the winner, and will exclude peak times of year. John Menzies Digital Ltd. will endeavour to meet the winner’s requirements, although some dates may not be available due to accommodation and flight availability. The prize must be used within one calendar year of the competition closing date.
8. No cash value or cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
9. The competition is promoted in The London Paper and on www.thelondonpaper.com and its email newsletter. Entries must be submitted by providing your contact details via the prize draw page accessible from www.thelondonpaper.com.
10. Open to adults aged 18+.
11. It is a condition of entry that the Terms and Conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. John Menzies Digital’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. John Menzies Digital Ltd. will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances John Menzies Digital Ltd. reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
