    Hey.

How about one of the last 2 saturdays in October, or Sunday? I know we are not going to suit everyone, but will try to accommodate as many people as possible.

Casper - noted your dietary requirements :D

Or it could be November but then its closer to Christmas and people are usually busier the later it gets.

Oooh it would be fun to go ice skating, but pricey and probably not the best idea when you are meeting random strangers for the first time.

A monthly (or quarterely) mini meet is also an idea.

Got an interview Wed so wish me luck, if only UK firms didnt pay monthly!

    Hi Guys,

I'm based in central London and would like to come to your meet... I know quite a few places...but may have to source some good cheapness (which is tough here).

End of Oct is good for me!

  • I am also in London so any help you need with venues etc am happy to assist. I think drinks are usually a good plan...

Cheap (for London) lots of food options, meal deals and no obligation to eat at all for those who can't afford it/prefer a pack up

I'm in! End of October is good for me, I've stuck it in my diary provisionally for the Sat 25th or 1st nov - or did people mean the 25th???

Duchy, could we really take our own food into a Wetherspoon's, is that what you mean? How funny! Excellent news, tho, I'm a vegetarian thats lactose and wheat intolerant, tho I can eat them without going into anaphylactic shock or anything :)

If more than one venue is needed there is an ok sam smith's pub there too (I had a not-bad chilli in it a while ago) - here it is http://www.fancyapint.com/pubs/pub134.html although any alcopop fans will probably be left wanting and (for anyone that doesn't know the chain) they pretty much only sell their own brand stuff but most of that is OK (apart from one of the lagers - vile - the others are OK though)
