50+I'm a techie (systems engineer) hubbys a techincal engineer. He's replicating now what you did to try find a solution for you princess. I'll update soon. (sounds like a duff usb stick to me tho). x0

50+Sorry it's taken so long. When replicating, we get everything back and not just a snapshot of data. We can rule out the USB as its not that. We can also rule out the hardware as there are no faults there. Hubby seems to think that the problem lies either with the Roboform application itself and suggests you throw this back to Roboform technical support as theres no way we can access the drivers/back office processes of the actual application. OR your USB stick is knackered. Sorry I/we can't help further but by going through a process of elimination we can at least whittle it down. HTH0
